That’s right. Movies and Mothers. Lincoln Square Cinemas is offering Mother’s Day Thursdays.

The story here is that every Thursday at 10:00am, the cinema will host movies that are designed for parents and their infant children. Parents can bring their strollers and watch the movies with like minded couples. Great way to build a community if you ask us!

Movies will be presented with the lights up a bit and the sounds down a bit. Check the site for showtimes. Box office opens at 9:45am.

Just another way they are attempting to differentiate themselves from other theaters that are in the area or are planning on opening up in the area.

  1. I hate to break it to you, but this isn’t an original “Lincoln Square” idea…I’ve heard of this done at other movie theaters for many years. It is a great idea though! Go moms!!

  2. I hate to break it to you, but I don’t think anyone cares about this at all. Let’s focus on more interesting topics! Have you guys checked out the new billiards hall/bar down in Old Bellevue next to 7-11? It’s called “The Spot Off Main”.

  3. The Spot Off Main has a private event tonight that some of us “Big Deal Bellevue” people have been invited too. 😉 We’ll let you know what we think… I agree, the target of this Blog is probably not stay-at-home mothers. However, we probably all know one we can give this info too!!

  4. I’ll definitely be telling me wife…

  5. Any single moms reading this blog?
