Pure Management, the management company of Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas – arguably the most popular club in the world, has signs that one of their owners is bringing an establishment to Downtown Bellevue.

A partner of Pure Management has recently applied for both a Washington State business license and liquor license at 505 Bellevue Square, Bellevue, WA 98004, which could put the new restaurant lounge above Boom Noodle and Blue C Sushi on the 2nd floor.

The application for the restaurant/lounge is under the entity name of “Brewhaha Bellevue LLC” with the firm name of “Beereteria,” which will most likely be the name of this new lounge. Some of Pure Management’s other well-known Las Vegas establishments include Coyote Ugly, Pussycat Dolls Lounge, LAX Nightclub, Social House, and more.

Thanks to Jonathan for sending this tip in!

  1. A nightclub in Bellevue would be pretty cool. The proposed name sounds a bit goofy. Beereteria?? Luckily, Bellevue still has the Tap House for people who truly appreciate great beer. Cheers.

  2. youre lyinggg!! hahahah WOW!! The fact that it’s above boom noodle already makes me give the assumption that it won’t be too LOUD.. or maybe they will be.. HAHA.

im indifferent about the idea… i just dont want bellevue to turn like belltown….

  3. Don’t worry about Bellevue turning into Belltown…Bellevue finest (the Black and White Gestapo) won’t let that happen. Bellevue is run like a fine Swiss watch when it comes to being a revenue catching machine. The police will be more than happy to see another establishment going in for late night cocktails, so they can hide in every nook and cranny waiting for the unexpected to drive by and be pulled over for any number of made up reasons to violate your rights.

  4. I think Swellview got a DUI recently?

  5. interesting…. Another reason not to go to Bellevue Collection…

  6. That would be weird. A huge club in Bellevue. We’ve got a great lounge (John Howie Steak Restaurant), great bars (Earls, etc), nice restaurants (Seastar) and now a huge club to boot…

  7. Bellevue Police will F__ this up too!

  8. Bellevue doesn’t know what it wants to be.

  9. Any update on this project? I walked by a couple weeks ago and noticed the liquor license was still on the window.

  10. Nope, no update on this…still the liquor license up. I also peeked into one of the peep holes, and there isn’t any construction going on either. Time will tell… (You would think they would’ve like to hit that summer traffic)

  11. Thanks for the fast responce Michael!

  12. Nope, never have had a DUI, just a long time resident of Bellevue. Grew up here when it was a sleepy little community. Once Bellevue became a mini Southern California (OC) type of city (HB, Irvine, Newport)they recruited young head strong, yoked up iron pumping thugs looking to protect the image of the rich young California transplants. Bellevue Square used to be a quaint little outdoor shopping center and Bellevue was a quiet family burb. Now, the city wants to be Newport Beach Fasion Island and will stop at nothing to protect that image. If your car even looks out of place or looks more than 8 years old, profiling is the norm, because it appears that you don’t belong there.
