Skillet Downtown Bellevue

Skillet, the American Diner best known for its popular mobile Airstream (with a picture of a black pan) that delivers tasty food throughout the greater Seattle area, is asking customers where they would like to see Skillet make an additional Downtown Bellevue stop.

Where would you like Skillet to visit? Encourage them to set up shop at your favorite local by letting them know in our comments section.

  1. Would love to see the Skillet truck around Crossroads or Overlake!

  2. Couple spots: the parking lot where the saturday farmers market is held. money spot due to plenty of parking and visibility on 8th. Alternatively, the Thursday spot where the farmers market is held – off of Bellevue Way and near 17th. Also, near Woodfired / Woodfried(?) pizza on the corner of bellevue way and main st – there are some additional spots back there where the old mustard seed used to be. Again, easy parking.

  3. How about next to the pizza cart on the corner of Main St and Bellevue Way. We could have our own little mini eastside chow down!

  4. @Darcy, I agree I think the corner of Main Street is the best place for a mini Eastside Chow Down!

We had suggested this location for more food trucks previously here:

  5. Corner of 4th and Bellevue Way is definitely the best location. Close to the mall, etc.

Also, I’m sure that Your Local Market would like the extra traffic!

  6. Corner of Main and Bellevue Way next to the pizza cart please. We need to team up to get more life into our current lone option there. And next summer get Molly Moon to park their truck instead of at the 116th location.

Any chance of a signature campaign to persuade other potential food trucks?

  7. Well, looks like they are decided on (or at least trying out) 600 106th Ave. Is that the Paccar parking lot next to California Pizza Kitchen?
