Nordstrom Bellevue Square is planning to add Habitant, a new lounge that will serve food and beverages. The lounge will be located on the 2nd floor near the women’s TBD department. Based on the artist rendering it will have a full bar that includes seating.
According to The Bellevue Collection the food menu will include light meals and shared appetizers. The area is currently under construction and there is not a projected grand opening date.
Nordstrom Bellevue currently has a plethora of food and beverage options including: Espresso Bar, Ebar, Marketplace Café, and The Grill. Habitant will be the 5th option for customers that are looking to quench their thirst or feed their hunger.
Neat. Are they keeping the other restaurants inside the store when they open this one?
Yes, they may have several places within Nordstrom to dine, but
The Grill needs updating, The Cafe needs added warmth and color, a general enhancement of current areas in place. Dining in the center of the store, surrounded by clothing and people, especially during the holiday season seems quite illogical! Dollars might have been better spent adding ambience to the current dining spaces.
