  1. Is it just me, or is the decor really tacky, like the room is randomly thrown together?

Also, how come the comment sections is overrun by spammers, yet I can’t seem to post anything from work, with any browser (I actually would like to know what’s preventing me…)

  2. Not just you… it’s very tacky.

  3. It looks very 90 ‘ s to me and the view isn’t worth the price. For that price I want a city or water view.

  4. It’s not you, the building in general is tacky. Looked at a lot of condos in this building when shopping for a place. Could never seem to find a desire to buy one even at discounted prices. The building and units were average at best. No comparison to the apartments at bravern or condos at bellevue towers. Would definitely never pay 2.5m for a unit there.

  5. I’m usually wowed by these kind of high-rises, but the only thing that blows me away about this place is that someone would choose these finishings for such a modern building. Not a chance will it sell for anywhere near that asking price.

  6. I wouldn’t believe everything I read here.

If you read the front page of the Seattle Times this morning it just said of the foreclosures that are still out there. Get to a bank and ask for a list of what they have. The policy is to only publish a few at a time in zipcode. So trust me if you want to live in Bellevue there is one out for cheap. I despise people who inflate the market. So taboo and voodoo who do…
