W Hotels Bellevue Lincoln Square

Starwood Hotels & Resorts & Kemper Development Co. announced the luxury hotel brand, W Hotels will open within the Bellevue Collection expansion project Spring (May) of 2017. W Bellevue is planned to have 245 modern guest rooms. There will be 25 suites, and an Extreme Wow Suite.  The hotel will have 11,400 square feet of modern meeting and event space, a FIT state-of-the-art workout facility and 3 restaurants and bars. The ground floor of the hotel will feature a destination bar and the second floor will feature the W Living Room (also known as the hotel lobby).

The W Bellevue Living Room will be the center piece of the hotel, which includes the signature Living Room Bar, a library stocked with pulp fiction novels, an oversized fireplace that has hints of traditional lodges and an outdoor terrace featuring modern porch swings and a pool table. As the renderings of the interior are finalized they will be available for public release.

  4. Really excited to see the W Hotel announced, I couldn’t think of a better hotel fit for the expansion. Now if they could only speed up the building…I don’t want to wait 2 years!
