According to city records and Bellevue Collection representatives Panda Express will be opening in Bellevue Square at the recently closed Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen location on the 2nd floor near Macy’s. Panda Express previously occupied space at the Bellevue Square several years ago, but has since closed.
Panda Express also operates another Bellevue restaurant within Factoria Mall.
