W-Hotels-Bellevue-Lincoln-SquareKemper Development and Starwood Hotels & Resorts have reached an agreement to open a restaurant in the new Lincoln Square expansion and future hotel, W Bellevue. The deal was made with James Beard award-winning Chef, Jason Wilson, who earned national attention for his restaurant, Crush, a Seattle wood-fired steakhouse.

The new restaurant, debuting in 2017, will borrow from the essence of a Pacific Northwest farmhouse, The produce-rich menu will feature seasonal, local products, prepared in Wilson’s signature style of simple, clean and fresh cooking.

Seattle design and architecture firm, Graham Baba will collaborate wth Chef Wilson. The restaurant will be part of Kemper Development Company’s Bellevue Collection.

The contemporary Northwest flair will also be evident at the cocktail bar, Speakeasy, in W Bellevue. The bar will feature craft cocktails and a cocktail-driven food menu.

Seattle design and architecture firm, Graham Baba, will collaborate with Chef Wilson to capture a space mindful of a Pacific Northwest farmhouse, with a modern twist.

  1. Thank you for the update regarding this exciting new restaurant in Bellevue. Chef Jason Wilson’s first restaurant, Crush, was contemporary northwest cuisine. It is now closed. His second restaurant, Miller’s Guild, is the “wood-fired steakhouse.” Regardless, his culinary skills will be a welcome addition to the Bellevue food scene.
