99 Park Restaurant is now closed due to the redevelopment of the building that they occupy on the corner of NE 1st Street and 102nd Avenue NE. The restaurant opened in August 2014.
The development plan is for a new multi-family residential building with 136 units, ground level retail and underground parking, according to city permits. The project name is, Bellevue Parkside.
Oh, that’s too bad! I had so many lunch and dinner dates there since the opening. Hope the restaurant reopen once the redevelopment’s complete or relocate to a new venue in downtown Bellevue.
