Bosa Development recently announced that they have now sold 125 of of the 147 residences at One88, that will be located on Bellevue Way Northeast. More than 70 percent of buyers are from the Puget Sound area, and about 35 percent have owned at another Bosa Development.

One88 is Bellevue’s first condominium building in nearly a decade. The 21-story residential tower features one, two, and three-bedroom residences, as well as penthouse residences.

Many of the building’s buyers are relocating from Mercer Island, Kirkland, Bellevue and Seattle. According to Bemi Jauhal, director of sales and marketing for Bosa, “Downtown Bellevue is really coming into its own. It’s outside the hustle-and-bustle of Seattle, while still being tapped into the culinary, entertainment, shopping and cultural destinations as well as large employers who are helping fuel the area’s job market growth.” She goes on to explain that “Buyers at One88 range from empty nesters, looking for a lock-and-leave lifestyle; young families who want access to the area’s best schools; and professionals and entrepreneurs who are attracted to the convenience of city living.”

Bosa Development composed a world-renowned team of designers from Amanat Architect, with Hossein Amanat leading the project. The building’s design was inspired by the shape, aesthetic and lucidity of a quartz crystal that is native to the region.
