Yogurtland BellevueYogurtland, the self-serve frozen yogurt franchise, is coming to Downtown Bellevue, according to Yogurtland’s website. The yogurt shop will occupy the space in the recently closed Quiznos sandwich shop on Bellevue Way.

This will be the 5th frozen yogurt shop in Downtown Bellevue, in addition to Blissberri, Shnoo Yogurt, Red Mango, and CeFiore. Capitol Hill is the only current location with a Yogurtland in the greater Seattle area, but coming soon will also be locations in the University District and in Wallingford. Yogurtland has been largely popular due to their numerous frozen yogurt flavors, as well as toppings that customers have to choose from.

  1. Finally a frozen yogurt place in docwntown Bellevue! Now if only they could open a Starbucks…

  2. Highest concentration of Yogurt, Starbucks, and Kaiten-sushi

  3. Did you forget Peaks Frozen Yogurt (also self-serve)? By my count that makes Yogurtland #6.

  4. NM, Peaks isn’t downtown.

  5. gee.. we could sure use another nail salon!

  6. How about some ICE CREAM!!!

  7. Another sign of the impending Yopocalypse.

  8. SHUT THE FRONT DOOR. best news ever. it kills every froyo place in bellevue

  9. Instead of yet another froyo joint, Old Bellevue area could have really used a small clothing boutique. Even if it were open only during the day, it would have been great.

  10. You just can’t have enough yogurt shops. I really like Quiznos though.

  11. Really?

Can we have some nice Italian or French restaurant please?

  12. @Kevin – Cantinetta is pretty good Italian. And Maggiano’s. (kidding). But I like Maggiano’s bar and atmosphere. Try Cantinetta. I would not bet on a French restaurant doing well in Bellevue.

  13. Oh, and as long as we’re complaining about stuff, can we get just one teriyaki place in Downtown that isn’t completely terrible?

  14. @Brian, I’ve been meaning to write about that for a while now. We aren’t a city until we have a a good Teriyaki joint!

  15. Totally agree that there hasn’t been great teriyaki downtown since they tore down “Teriyaki Espresso Smoothies” to build the new Bellevue Safeway.

  16. I second that. Downtown Bellevue and South Bellevue/Factoria need a good Teriyaki place like Teriyaki Madness in Kirkland.
