Signs outside of the old Las Margaritas indicate that Oodles Noodles Bar & Grill are opening in downtown Bellevue. The restaurant currently has “coming soon” signs in the windows, but has not indicated an opening date.
The restaurant is located at 437 108th Ave SE.
Isn’t that something like the fourth different restaurant that they’ve tried to get to stick in that space since Las Margaritas moved out? And isn’t all that stuff there supposed to be bulldozed and turned into condos at some point anyway?
Yeah, this place needs to be torn down and redeveloped soon. It’s really an eye sore, and in such a great place for a big development.
I actually talked to the new people who were moving in. There was a guy outside painting the fence. He informed me that they are working to give the place a facelift and to change the overall customer experience. He said that I will be shocked around the changes made. I believe it is supposed to be a Thai noodle bowl house which has like 4 different broth’s, unlike Pho. He also mention some other items on the menu that sounded wonderful. Something about a whole slew of Thai drinks in the bar, like the one’s you will find in Thailand on the islands. And the one of the best for cost happy hours in Bellevue. Walking away, I was kind of excited about trying it out. We need more sit down restaurants in walking distance from my home.
