Washington Square Condominiums has recently launched a sleek new website. The site is filled with interactive components, with the best new feature being the high-quality videos that were produced.
Dell Loy Hansen, the CEO of Wasatch, is featured in one of the videos and tells the story of how 8 years ago Eugene Horbach invited Dell to dinner at Daniel’s Broiler. Eugene shared how he had spent 17 years and 16 purchases accumulating the property at what is now Washington Square.
During that dinner Eugene shared his vision for the property to become residential, retail, and hotel, while asking Dell to work together with him on the project.
Another interesting video features several homeowners that talk about the amenities of Washington Square, as well as the benefits of living in Downtown Bellevue. Washington Square’s homeowners are very diverse. From the young professional to the retirees, Washington Square has attracted several types of homeowners.
Love it! The site looks gorgeous, especially loving the clean layout and videos!
Good timing given the Bravern news recently. If they’d break ground on the Touchstone phase or PACE started making the news again, I think excitement would definitely build again.
Impressive!!
We don’t have that many condo supply now, only Washington Square, Bellevue Towers and the one on Main Street are left.
On the other hand, it’s astounding to me that so many luxury rentals are doing well, e.g. Bravern, Elements, Ashton, Ten20, Avalon, etc. None of them even exist 2 years ago… I guess we can all be happy that Bellevue downtown is still a great destination for people to live (just not a super time to buy now).
