Schnitzer West has applied for a design review of their proposed, “Centre 425” 16-story office building at 415 106th Ave NE. The application includes a total of 307,432 square feet, most of which is planned for office space. The project calls for a 6,200 square foot Bank of America branch, 2,800 square feet of other retail, and 8 floors of underground parking with 692 stalls.
The project is planning to include a common area on level 2 and 3 with a large south-facing outdoor terrace and a double height bay window where you can see the corner of NE 4th and 106th.
The project is planned for completion in 2016.
