Su Development’s Elements Too project, which is currently under construction and slated for completion in Fall of ’08, has just signed it’s first retail tenant. The apartment complex, which has 48,000 square feet of commercial retail space, has committed The Village Bellevue to 14,000 square feet.

The Village Bellevue will offer an executive office environment for individuals to come and work as they please. The way it works is very simple. You pay $300 – 400 a month and have access to all the office resources you could imagine, including: WiFi, copy/fax center, printers, fireside lounge, conference rooms, full admin support, snacks, and more. It is perfect for the person who works from home and owns their own business, but wants to get out of the house and into a more professional environment.

In addition to the space being used for work reasons, The Bellevue Village will offer frequent professional development events, as well as live entertainment to its members as an added benefit.

As an incentive, the first 50 members to sign up will receive no initiation fee ($500 value), as well as a discounted monthly rate of $300 a month.

  1. Very interesting. I wonder what exactly is included in the $300-400 price. Will the tenants have dedicated work spaces, or are those spaces available on a first come first serve basis?

  2. There was a proposal for a similar concept at Lincoln Square that never got off the ground. It was going to be located in the base of the hotel tower, above Manzana and Ex Officio. Not sure if it was the same compnay but I’d presume it to be. Hopefully they can get it done this time around.

  3. Elements Too is such an interesting building(s) that it deserves a round of applause from everyone living/working in Bellevue. If you look at all the other buildings going up nowadays, they all look very boring, but Elements 1 and 2 are so different! Good job, John Su, for the great view you have created!

  4. Members enjoy their choice of individual work stations, small meeting areas, private offices, conference and training rooms, as well as more open, lounge-style seating. We also offer Concierge-level administrative and tech support.

The Village was initially slated for Lincoln Square, but an existing tenant expanded into that space. We’re very excited to move into the mixed-use Elements too building this fall. In the meantime, please visit us at:
