A New and Improved Site!

downtownbellevuelogo

A couple of months in the making, and we now have successfully transferred over all of our content to a new and improved Website!  Here’s a list of some of the new features you’ll find:

  • Mobile Updates (Twitter Feed) – We have now launched and integrated into our Website, a Twitter feed.  The Twitter platform allows news and pictures to be posted straight from our mobile devices.  See the “Mobile Updates” section in the right-hand column.  To follow our Twitter feed via your Twitter account, visit us at http://twitter.com/dtbellevue.
  • Comments –  On the home page, users are now able to see how many comments each post has.  Before, this feature was only available if you clicked into the article’s page itself; many have asked for this, and we are glad to finally deliver. Also, we now require commenters to use a name and to enter an email address to post a comment.  Your email address will NOT be visible to the public.
  • Polls – We now have the ability to post polls! We will routinely have a poll up, taking the pulse of the Downtown Bellevue community.  Who doesn’t love a good survey question!?

These are just a few of the improvements. Enjoy the new site, and if you have any feedback please leave it in the comments section, or shoot us an email.

RSS Users – If you are currently following us through your RSS feed, you will need to resubscribe.
