On Thursday March 19th, The Bravern Signature Residences topped off their 2nd residential tower.  The final concrete pour was on the 33rd floor of the south tower.

“We’re pleased to have reached this construction milestone and are on track to deliver residential occupancy early next year,” said Dan Ivanoff of Schnitzwer West, developer of The Bravern.

The Bravern Signature Residences offers 455 residential homes.  Some of the amenities expected for homeowners include The Signature Plaza, which will have a fitness center, a day spa with massage treatment rooms, a private theater, an event room with a catering kitchen, a 2nd event room, 2 fireside lounges, 4 furnished guest suites, and a concierge service. The garden terrace, which both towers share, will include a fireplace, outdoor grilling area, and walking paths.

The topping off is a major milestone for the project, which overall is a part of a 5-acre, $1.6 billion mixed-use project that includes a large retail element and office space.

  1. i’m not sure if this is the best place to post this but, i just watched the video on the bravern website noticed some interesting stuff:

They show shots of both Brooks Brothers (which recently closed in bell square) and Anthropolgie. Every other brand that they show in the video has already been announced, has anyone heard anything about these stores going in. (or maybe the video was made and then the stores pulled out?)

Bottega Veneta isn’t shown in the video at all and isn’t on the list of stores on the site, does anyone know if the pulled out?

The only restaurants they mention are Wild Ginger, John Howie Steak, the Artisanal Restaurants, and the restaurant at Nieman Marcus, does anyone know if other restaurants are planned, I would think they need more options.

Someone told me that they were going to put either a Zara or an H&M in, but i can’t find anything to confirm this. Has anyone else heard this rumor. While either of these stores would definitely bring more foot traffic, i think that they might do better being in the bellevue collection.

  2. I don’t think a H&M is very realistic considering they just put three in, in the area (South Center, U Village, and DT Seattle.)

I do think however it wouldn’t be out of the question for Zara to go in at The Bravern. Having said that, I’m not sure if any other stores would really be attracting that same type of cliental. Zara and or H&M might be a better fit for Bellevue Square and the Bellevue Collection.
