As mentioned last week, Sushi Maru has just opened and they are now offering a grand opening weekend special good through Sunday. All plates that come around the conveyor belt are $1.50! Get cheap eats, and also the opportunity to check out Downtown Bellevue’s latest sushi spot!

Picture says special runs through Sunday. Just went there and it was not open. What gives??? Not a good sign–given the nature of what they are serving I expect a sushi restaurant to be well run.
Bruce, I just went there tonight as well and had the same experience. Sign on the door says it was only open 12-4pm today, but will be open regular hours all other Sunday’s. Not sure why…not exactly the best way to run your business the first couple weeks your open.
We went there for lunch today. The food was pretty good. I liked it better than Blue C Sushi’s conveyor belt.
It looks like they closed early for today.
Last week they had a sign on the door that said due to the grand opening promo, they were closed from 3-5, but now that the promo is over, their hours should be ‘normal’ again.

I second that! Sushi Land has the best prices and reasonable quality.
