Looking forward to it! Can’t wait to see all the finished stores — looks so impressive when you drive by.
It will be interesting to see the new shops and restaurants. I am afraid the residences will end up like the EMPTY Bellevue Towers unless they have lower prices, which I highly doubt as the Bravern is touted as the most exclusive address.
Should be interesting….
What do you mean EMPTY BT residences?
I just closed a unit last month at a great value. County records indicate I am not alone.
Granted, it is taking longer than planned but I remember the Lincoln Tower going through a similar if not worse rocky start.
Bravern units are nice but the $/sq ft. was much higher. I think I can walk 5 minutes to Jimmy Choo every time I need a new shoe – instead of just going downstairs. A fair deal 🙂
Ziggy – do you have interior pictures of the units at BT anywhere??? I can’t find any online 🙁
According to the assessor’s site, there’s still over 500 units available..Maybe they’ll convert to apartments or do a lease-to-own program.
Here are some interior pictures of the common areas at Bellevue Towers:

Ziggy- Congrats on your purchase, I think it’s a fabulous product with one of the best locations.
Assessor’s office listings is more than a month lagging. We closed our unit on Aug 3rd, and our name still hasn’t appeared on the list.
