Seattle Urban Market has leased space in the building lobby of the Expedia Tower on the ground floor at NE 4th St & 108th Ave NE. The market will offer a deli and grocery store that will have hot entrées, soup selections, pastries, wine, and beer, along with grocery items.
According to a source, the market is expected to open in late January and will be open until 11:00pm Monday – Friday.
Seattle Urban Market currently occupies space in another Downtown Bellevue location within the 989 Elements apartment building.
Do they replace the Tangerine restaurant that is currently there?
No, they aren’t replacing it. This will be in addition to.
Urban Market also took over Expedia’s dining services on the 3rd floor. Previously it was Eurest. This has been a HUGE IMPROVEMENT. 🙂
