According to BussinessesForSale.com locally owned Andiamo Italian restaurant has recently put the restaurant up for sale. The 1,633 square-foot restaurant was established 14 years ago in 1996.
The owner is asking for $220,000 to buy the restaurant and all of the equipment and furniture within it. The restaurant can seat 90 customers, 70 inside and 20 outside. The owner states the reason for selling is because they are retiring.
Andiamo is located kitty corner from the Downtown Bellevue public library at 938 110th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98004.

I love Andiamo. It’s my favorite Italian restaurant in Bellevue! I really hope someone buys it.
