bellevue-farmers-marketOn Thursday, May 13th the Bellevue Farmers Market returns to Downtown Bellevue and will run through October 14th. On Thursdays the Market will move back to First Presbyterian Church of Bellevue, 1717 Bellevue Way NE, where it has been in the past.

On Saturdays the Market will be in the Downtown core, but is moving to new site this year at Washington Square, 8th St and 106th Ave NE. Saturday’s Market will open almost a month later on June 5th and will run through November 20th. The hours will be 10am – 2pm.

Last year both the Thursday and Saturday Bellevue Farmers Market were held at the old Safeway and Bartell Drugs parking lot location, next to the Bellevue Arts Museum, that Kemper Development Co. owns.

If you want to find out more about the Bellevue Farmers Market, they have launched an official blog: Urban Farm Junkie. The Bellevue Farmers Market is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the local rural economy and supports small family farms by providing a place to sell their farm-fresh produce directly to consumers.

  1. Great! So glad the market is returning to First Presbyterian Church. Last year’s location was not fun. If I never have to wait again for the pedestrian lights corner Bellevue Way and NE 4th, it will be too soon.

  2. Crossroads Farmers Market is in the Crossroads parking lot every Tuesday from noon to 6:30PM.

  3. 1. Where in Crossroads is the market set up?
    2. Do either the Bellevue or Crossroads markets have a fresh fish vendor (halibut, salmon, kippered salmon???)
