PinkaBella Cupcakes is opening on the 3rd floor at Bellevue Square, next to the Kids’ Cove; its grand opening is taking place on June 5th, 2010. Co-owner Margo Engberg’s purpose of launching PinkaBella is to “give back to children in need.” Engberg has a passion for birthday parties, baking cakes, and children. Her first store gave nearly 20,000 cupcakes to organizations in 6 months of its opening.
Cupcakes at the PinkaBella are made with love; each cupcake is made by hand. The tastiest and freshest ingredients are used to bake the perfect cupcakes with flavors like strawberry, coconut, red velvet, spice, pina colada, pineapple, lemon, banana, root beer, and crème brulee.
The grand opening of PinkaBella Cupcakes will be celebrated with balloons, mini cupcake treats, and events for kids and will be open to public for free from 9:30am – 5:30 pm. This will be the 2nd PinkaBella Cupcakes; the first is located at Redmond Town Center.
Is this taking the place of that coffee shop that was up there?
