The successful Seattle ice cream boutique Molly Moon’s is venturing out this summer. Their new ice cream truck will be wandering through neighborhoods this summer, enticing customers with creamy delights like Salted Caramel Ice Cream, Theo Chocolate Ice Cream, and seasonal sorbets like our current fave – Strawberry Rhubarb! The new ice cream truck even has its own signature song created so when it’s in your neighborhood you can hear the truck coming.

The Molly Moon’s Ice Cream truck will be stocked with 6 – 8 standard and seasonal flavors available for cones and sundaes. Additionally, the truck will be the only place to purchase and enjoy a Parker’s Praline Ice Cream Sandwich made with 2 soft walnut and Theo Chocolate praline-style cookies, with vanilla bean ice cream slathered in between.
Bellevue Farmers Market
One location that we can be sure of – Molly Moon’s Truck will be at the Bellevue Farmers market every Thursday beginning June 10. The market hours are 3pm – 7pm, and it is located at the First Presbyterian Church of Bellevue: 1717 Bellevue Way NE.
