Chop Shop: Bodies of Work is the only contemporary dance festival held specifically for audiences of the Eastside. In it’s 5th year, it will take place in the Theatre at Meydenbauer Center in Downtown Bellevue this weekend. The festival will feature master classes in contemporary/modern dance, lectures, and 2 performances. Experience Dance Project, in partnership with the City of Bellevue, will also present free outreach programs to help educate those interested in how to fully experience the art of dance.
Last year, Chop Shop’s performances sold out, so securing tickets in advance is highly suggested. They are $25 for adults and $20 for students and seniors. Saturday’s show (2/11) is at 7:30 PM, and Sunday’s show (2/12) is at 3 PM. Purchase your tickets here.
