Pho Cyclo Café, a Vietnamese restaurant, opened this week at the City Center Bellevue building downtown.
The menu includes pho noodle soup, bahn mi sandwiches, spring rolls, salads, rice noodle dishes, and more.
Pho Cyclo Café has three locations in Seattle, but this is its first establishment on the Eastside.
The downtown Bellevue restaurant, open from 10am to 5pm Monday through Friday, is located at 500 108th Avenue NE. Call (425) 453-5852 for more information.

Great news! I’ve eaten at their place on Broadway and their former location at the Microsoft Building 121 cafeteria and their Pho and Banh Mi rock.
One thing I don’t quite get– if they’re going to stay open until 5pm, why not go the extra couple hours for the dinner crowd?
Hi There,
Thank you so much for your support. Pho Cyclo Cafe plan on opening late for our dinner crowd in a week or two. As for now we are closing at 5 to smooth out our operations and when that is done we will open later. We’ll keep you posted on the extended hours in the next couple of weeks. Thanks!
That is so great to hear that you’ll be opening later for dinner soon! I love Pho Cyclo and was excited to hear the opening of an eastside location. We need better Pho places on the eastside 🙂
