The Eastside Heritage Center will present a variety of community events at the Microsoft Store in Bellevue Square in March and April.
“Retro Bellevue” will help visitors re-discover Bellevue from the 1950s, ’60s, and ’70s with a visual program, from 7-8:30pm on Thursday, March 15.
“Lake Washington: The Eastside” examines Lake Washington’s impact on the development of local cities and industries during the past 150 years. This event runs from 12:30-1:30pm Wednesday, March 21.
The Eastside Heritage Center is offering a photo editing workshop from 2-4pm Thursday, March 22. Pre-registration is required. Call (425) 450-1049.
A volunteer appreciation day, featuring a scavenger hunt and an Xbox Kinect experience, runs from 4-7pm Thursday, March 29.
The last event, “Getting Around the Eastside,” explores the history of transportation on the Eastside. This event is scheduled for 3-4:30pm Sunday, April 1.
