Whisk 425, the Hyatt Regency’s new breakfast restaurant is now open in Bellevue. With Koral Bar & Kitchen taking the place of Twisted Cork it left hotel guests with nowhere to eat breakfast, so the Hyatt opened their own restaurant.
Located on the second floor of the Wintergarden, Whisk 425 serves a fresh a la carte breakfast and buffet seven days a week. The restaurant publicizes their local northwest ingredients and flavors, including honeycrisp apple stuffed French toast, and Snoqualmie granola pancakes.
Whisk 425 is open for breakfast in Bellevue at the following times:
- Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 10:00am
- Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am – 12:00pm
You can view the entire Whisk 425 menu online.

UPDATE: The PR representative for the restaurant has communicated that the name, “Whisk 425” is a transitional name, and in a few months it will be changed.
Cool, more breakfast options are always cool.
And another entry into the confusing name game.
Brunch at 405 or 520?
Drinks at Earl’s or Pearl?
Dinner at Toy’s, Koi’s, or Joey’s?
And let’s not forget Porcella and Porcello!
@Jonka, great points!
Oops, forgot that Koi’s is now called Joi’s! 🙂
