Blucora, formerly InfoSpace, has indicated plans to move its corporate headquarters to 36,763 square feet of space in the Plaza Center building at 10900 NE 8th Street. Blucora signed a seven year, seven month lease at the new Plaza Center Building. The plan is for Blucora to move in beginning in March. Base rent for the space is $94,971 per month. Company officials believe that the more modern and efficient layout, in the new space, will accommodate future growth as well as enhance staff collaboration.
The company’s current office space is in the Key Center building (42,000 square feet) at 601 108th Avenue NE.
Earlier this year, Concur, maker of travel and entertainment expense management software, also announced plans to move into the Key Center building next year, taking over 122,742 square-feet of space with options for more space.
This post is confusing. So have they or haven’t they moved? You first say they “indicated” plans to move then you said they signed a 7 year lease in March.
The 7 year lease begins in March. We’ve slightly updated the post so it can’t be confused.
Isn’t plaza center one of the oldest skyscrapers in Bellevue? Do you mean newly renovated?
