4th Annual 2012 Taste of Main in Bellevue – Saturday, August 18th

The 4th Annual 2012 Taste of Main, on Main Street in Bellevue will take place Saturday, August 18th from 11:30am-5:00pm.

Passports for the event can be purchased for $40 online. Entry for children is complimentary with the purchase of an adult passport. Event attendees will receive a passport that allows them to try food and wine samplings from restaurants on Main Street. The shops on Main Street will be offering special sales, wine tastings, gourmet snacks, giveaways, and other events. Entertainment for the event includes massages, pedicures, makeovers, live performances, and a silent auction. Most (if not all) restaurants and shops on Main Street participate in the event. This year will also feature a car show for the first time that takes place near the corner of Main Street and Bellevue Way (just behind “Wood Fired Pizza”). 40 classic cars will be judged based on a variety of different awards that will be given. Ticket sales from the event benefit the Children’s Response Center, which serves children who have survived abuse, crime, and other traumatic events in East and North King County.
