Skanska USA’s Commercial Development unit in Seattle recently purchased property at 11011 NE 9th St. in downtown Bellevue.
The 41,000-square-foot site, known as Alley 111, is planned for a mixed-use space offering 259 apartments and an “activated ground floor experience” for residents, according to a press statement.
Alley 111 is Skanska’s third project in the Seattle area since the group started operations in February 2011.
Skanska USA focuses on the development of Class A office projects, apartments, and mixed-use urban development designed with sustainability in mind.
