Commercial real estate brokerage firm Kidder Mathews will market one of the last remaining development sites in downtown Bellevue.

The property features about 58,500 square feet of land area between One Bellevue Center and Key Center, at 437 – 527 108th Ave. NE. The site has been privately owned for more than 30 years.

The property is likely to appeal to developers of high-rise hotels or multi-family apartments, or a class A office building developer, according to a press statement from Kidder Mathews.

Nearly 2,000 residential units are under construction or in design review and planned for completion by 2014 in the Bellevue Central Business District.

  1. A picture would really help … this is the former real estate office right? Right now it’s a shoddy looking parking space with an abandoned building.

  2. It’s where the building you mentioned above is along with the Las Margaritas and the Nibanna restaurant. Whoever buys this property should try to buy the adjacent property to the north where Ooba Tooba and Blazing Bagels is. They could build one large development that will connect with the pedestrian corridor.

  3. I believe these are properties once owned by Eugene Horbach, E&H Properties. They tried to redevelop the site back before the tech collapse.
