Downtown residents are invited to learn about the future of downtown Bellevue and provide feedback on the city’s Downtown Livability Initiative during an open house from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 29, at City Hall.
The public is invited to view maps, visual displays, and a 3-D model of downtown, and learn about the various facets of downtown living, such as public spaces, parks, design guidelines, maintenance standards, and the pedestrian corridor.
The open house will include a presentation at 5:30 p.m.
The Downtown Livability Initiative reviews regulations guiding downtown development and land use activity. The public can submit comments on the initiative during the open house or by emailing downtownlivability@bellevuewa.gov by Dec. 31.
any update how the event went? how many people showed up? was there a focus on any particular area of downtown?
