According to various sources H&M will open a new Bellevue Square store where Coldwater Creek is currently located. The current Coldwater Creek store has plans to move from their existing location on floor 1 to a nearby location on floor 2 closer, closer to Nordstrom.
Next door to the current Coldwater Creek store is Popcorn Pavilion, which also has plans to move. According to sources familiar with the matter the new H&M store has plans to expand into this space as well. Bump the maternity store next to Popcorn Pavilion has plans to move onto a 2nd floor nearby location. In addition there is currently an empty store next to Bump, which is also ripe to be occupied.
It’s unclear if H&M would take all the space that will be available or if the space will be split into two stores. According to one source, the space will be split into two. If the space gets split into two a Zara store in the second location would make a lot of customers happy.
H&M would be a major addition to the Bellevue Collection. It is a popular store that Bellevue has been missing from its roster.
