An artisan juice bar called Jujubeet is now open in downtown Bellevue.
Jujubeet will offer made-to-order juices and smoothies, to-go tonics and elixirs, and healthy to-go breakfast and lunch foods.
The juice bar’s local owners say they are passionate about providing healthy food that accommodates busy lifestyles. They have worked with a naturopath to ensure their recipes are balanced and wholesome, according to a press statement. In addition many of the vegetables are locally sourced. The store will offer everyday juices, but will also offer a 1 or 3 day juice cleanse.
Jujubeet is situated in Washington Square at 10602 NE 9th Place. Hours will be 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. (This trend of healthy juicing is likely to be more sustainable than the frozen yogurt shop that the location’s predecessor was victim to.)
My son LOVES jujubeet juices! What a great way for kids to get lots of greens.
My husband and two girls went to the opening of JujuBeet on Saturday. It was a great bus adventure from Seattle and when we got there we had some fresh juices and smoothies. I’ve had three of their drinks so far and I love them. They have just the right amount of flavor to make for some delicious drink…and healthy too.
My daughter who is 3 years old is very fussy about vegetables as of late and anything green on her plate she refuses. But she had a green smoothie and she loved it!
My second daughter is just 2 months old, so I don’t always have time to eat healthy. The juices are a great way to make sure that I get my daily intake.
I can’t wait until JujuBeet opens in Seattle too!!!!
Do they have a website? I couldn’t find it if they do. I was just curious if they use organic fruits and vegetables?
Delicious – AND healthy juice!
A great choice for my cravings between work and gym! My husband and I tried the cauliflower salad and the super food! So amazing!
Also, we had asked one of the employees a question about which juice would be best for my husband to improve his anemia and got a great and satisfying answer along with other additional nutrition information.
We will be back for sure!

We try to get as much organic and local produce as possible. However, it isn’t always a viable option.
