According to public records there are several new stores that will be added to Bellevue Square. These stores include MAC Cosmetics, Max Mara, SkinSpirit, Intermix and Urbanity.
MAC Cosmetics is a popular women’s makeup and skincare line. There are currently stores in University Village and in Southcenter Mall. This will be Bellevue’s first MAC store. The store is planned to be on the 2nd level across the way from Starbucks and replace the Johnston & Murphy store, which will relocate to the old New Balance store location.
Max Mara is a popular women’s Italian luxury clothing retailer. The store is planned to be added to the first floor, replacing the Lacoste store.
SkinSpirit is a Bay Area company that has 3 stores, which specializes in aesthetic skin and body care. The company claims to have spa-like environments. This is planned to go next to Inspa on the second floor, replacing the old Foot Locker location.
Intermix is a women’s luxury boutique. The company features emerging fashion brands, as well established brands such as J Brand, Jimmy Choo, Rag & Bone, and Fendi to name a few. This store is planned to replace the old Seven for All Mankind location that has recently closed.
Urbanity will bring a new flavor to Bellevue Square featuring men and women’s street wear. This store will feature the latest unique sneakers, clothing and accessories. The store will be located near Nordstrom on the first floor next to the new Vans store.
