Schnitzer West, a local commercial real estate company, sold the Bravern Signature Residences in downtown Bellevue for $308 million this week.
That sum set a Puget Sound area record of $676,923 per apartment, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal.
The buyer is listed as Bravern Residences North and South limited liability companies, according to public documents.
The PSBJ reported that Atlanta-based Invesco, a global investment management company, is allegedly the entity behind the companies.
