As documented in January the project at 10505 Main Street, Alamo Manhattan Main Street (we’re hoping that this is a working title) has been underway for several months. According to city records the project will result in 5-stories, 260 residential units, 7,000 square feet of retail, and 319 underground parking spaces.
The developer has released a rendering of the project (see above). According to the developer website the luxury project will be complete in Q2 of 2015.
