According to a release on Tuesday, the King County Assessor’s office mailed the residential property owners in Beaux Arts and Downtown Bellevue their individual property values. The property values based on the release state that the property values “generally increased” by 22.6%.
The King County Assessor’s Office does an evaluation on properties annually, and physically inspects each property once every six years. The Downtown Bellevue and Beaux Arts area was last inspected in 2012.
“Continuing the 2013 trend, property values are increasing across King County as we emerge from the Great Recession,” said Assessor Lloyd Hara.
