Molly Tea, a bubble tea brand specializing in jasmine-infused drinks, is opening soon at 103 Bellevue Way Northeast in Bellevue.

Originally from Shenzhen, China, Molly Tea focuses on floral teas and Chinese tea culture. The brand scents mountain-grown tea leaves with fresh flowers, with a strong emphasis on jasmine. Its menu includes the Fresh Milk Tea Series, Snowy Whipped Cream Series, and Fresh Oat Milk Tea Series.

Popular drinks include the White Champaca Milk Tea, made with rare orchid-scented tea, and the Snowy Gardenia, a fresh milk beverage infused with gardenia.

This will be Molly Tea’s first location in Washington and the Pacific Northwest. The brand currently operates three locations in New York: Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Flushing.

The location was previously home to The Whale Tea, another bubble tea shop known for its natural ingredients, which opened in 2022. It was known for using natural ingredients such as milk, cream, chai, and fresh fruit in its drinks.
