The penthouse condo at One Main Street that we wrote about in October was officially sold on November 5th for $6M. According to Redfin the listing agent received two offers on the unit. No word on who acquired the property.
With the purchase the property owner will acquire a4,358 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and an enormous deck.
