Vivo 53 Pizzeria plans to open in August at Bellevue Square, filling the space previously occupied by Boom Noodle.
The downtown Bellevue restaurant will feature artisan pizza dough, a display kitchen, and an approximately 30-foot tall wood-burning oven, according to The Bellevue Reporter. The menu will include pizza, pastas, and chopped salads.
Vivo 53 Pizzeria’s owner, Paul Daneshrad, recently submitted permits to The City of Bellevue to occupy the space within Bellevue Square. Construction is expected to start in April.
The pizzeria has another location that recently opened in Fort Worth, Texas. Daneshrad said the Bellevue pizzeria will have a more modern, edgy design than the Texas location. For more information visit Vivo 53’s website.
