A Seattle tradition for decades, 13 Coins comes to downtown Bellevue at The Bellevue Collection. Now at Bellevue Place next to the Hyatt Regency Bellevue, 13 Coins will serve diners 24/7, 365 days a year in their new 6,500 square foot space.
For years regulars at the restaurant have lobbied for an Eastside option. The owners had searched for the appropriate location. The Bellevue Collection location met the management’s criteria, including its proximity to the adjacent Hyatt Regency hotel with its travelers, locals and international guests.
Diners will enjoy chicken parmesan, veal scaloppini, Joe’s special, and eggs Benedict as well as over 130 other menu items. The iconic restaurant places an emphasis on fresh, locally grown products. Gluten free and vegetarian entrees round out the menu in offering something for everyone. Food Network gave it the distinction of being “One of the five best late night restaurants in the country.” Thursday through Saturday the establishment will also serve up entertainment for its guests.
Past customers will find an updated look that stays true to the restaurant’s roots with chef’s counter dining in wrap around captain’s chairs, high back private booths, and its trademark coins embedded in tables.
“What an exciting and welcome addition to The Bellevue Collection,” says Kemper Freeman, operator of The Bellevue Collection. “Growing up in this area, 13 Coins is a tradition; one that I have always hoped would open on the Eastside. It is a perfect complement to the existing dining options and will be exceptionally well received by the residents, office workers, shoppers and hotel guests alike.”
