Bellevue Run 5K 10K“All in for Autism” is a great local cause, a way to engage in a healthy activity and an opportunity to be with fun-loving people who are committed to helping those with autism and their families and friends. Autism is a growing concern and now affects 1 in 68 children and 1 in 42 boys.

The “All in for Autism,” 10K/5K race happens on Sunday, April 26. Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club, host of the event, will contribute event proceeds to the Autism Center at Seattle Children’s Hospital and Kindering Center.

Race courses begin and end downtown at Northeast Second Street, near Downtown Park. Participants may visit www.bellevuerun.com/route.html to view course maps.

Race day registration begins at 6:45 a.m. on race day. The 10K run kicks off at 8 a.m., the 5K at 8:30 a.m., and the Kids Dash will begin at 9:30 a.m. Event parking is available in the Bellevue Square parking garage on Northeast Fourth Street.

Bellevue drivers will be subject to detours and road closures during the event. Participants are encouraged to walk, bike, carpool or bus to the event.
