According to city permits the Italian luxury retailer, Prada will be opening at The Shops at The Bravern. The permits indicate that Prada will take over the space that is currently occupied by Hermes, as well as additional space. Hermes will move to a new location within The Bravern that is closer to NE 8th St.
Prada is an Italian luxury fashion company specializing in accessories, shoes, luggage, and more. There is a Prada boutique at the downtown Seattle Nordstrom store, but the closest standalone store to Bellevue is in San Francisco.
Glad to see that the Bravern is doing well. With that huge Gucci store, Hermes expansion, and Prada now. I think that will give confidence for others luxury retailers to move in. I still want a Dean and Deluca at the Bravern! Thank you Michael for the Hermes expansion pic. That is my favorite building there at the Bravern.

It would be nice to see Christian Louboutin and Goyard open at the Bravern… Perhaps a Thomas Pink for men’s wear.
I heard from a friend that Tod’s and Omega were also planning to open at the Bravern.
