According to City of Bellevue documents, Bosa Development submitted an application for a design review permit. The submission revealed the unique and modern design of the building, which is currently planned as a 21-story residential tower. The building will house 142 units on the corner of Bellevue Way NE and NE 2nd St in downtown Bellevue. The structure is planned to have 284 parking spaces for residential, retail and visitors usage.
The site is currently occupied by Coco Ramen & Burry Bar, Teriyaki & More, and Robbins Brothers Engagement Ring Store.
It is speculated that the residential units will be condominiums available for purchase, as Bosa Development is well known for building luxury condos. Bosa is finishing their Seattle condo project, Insignia which has over 700 units.
I think the artist rendering looks fantastic!
