Excitement is building for the completion of a development called The Meyden at 10333 Main Street at the corner of Main Street and Bellevue Way. The project is s delightful blend ranging from studios to luxurious, large, two bedroom/two bath units with dens, along with retail tenants at the ground level. All just steps from great shopping, entertainment and Bellevue Downtown Park.
The retail tenants will include:
- CVS Pharmacy
- Whisk (an elegant kitchen store with cooking classes)
- Belle Pastry (an established Bellevue Bakery)
- Green Lake Jewelry
- Bellevue Barbershop
- New high end Chinese restaurant by local restauranteur, Paul Choi
The Meyden will feature a picturesque courtyard and deck with outdoor grilling stations, a novel resident lounge, a screening theater, as well as a sports media viewing center. Fitness buffs will enjoy a professionally designed gym. Additionally, residents-to-be will discover ample, underground parking. Rents start at $1,376 for a studio, on up to $2,745 for a two bedroom plus den unit.
Some retail tenants will be opening the first week of January.
Very exciting!
How much longer will people pay this much money to live in downtown Bellevue? With the number of units coming into the market in 2016 I don’t see these rents as sustainable. It is crazy to me.
Will they offer parking while shopping and dining at this location ?
Wow that building looks ugly as sh*t.
Do we really need more jewelers and barbershops/salons, Bellevue?! Focus on food, there are way too many jewelers and salons already!
