Poke MIX Bellevue SquareA fresh, new food concept is coming to Bellevue Square in mid-September. Poke MIX will be delighting diners with high-quality, sustainable raw fish and produce, all served at a reasonable price.

The restaurant’s moniker, Poke – pronounced as “poh-kay”, is the Hawaiian verb for “section” or “to slice or cut”.

The food bowls emanate from the islands of Hawaii and are a staple of Hawaiian cuisine. Poke MIX stays true to its origin by including a variety of fresh fish and sauces on top of a bowl of fresh steamed rice.

The restaurant will be located on the exterior of Bellevue Square on Bellevue Way next to Cheesecake Factory.
