For the past nineteen years, Bellevue Downtown Park has been the winter home of the holiday ice skating arena. This year, due to park construction, Bellevue’s Ashwood Park, near the Bellevue Library, will host the 2016-2017 Magic Season Ice Arena.
Downtown Bellevue Association president, Patrick Bannon, explains, “The open green space next to the Bellevue Library is easily accessed by foot or transit and has several public parking options nearby. The temporary location insures that ice arena patrons remain close to all of the wonderful Magic Season events taking place in Downtown Bellevue.” The Bellevue Library will provide visitors with complimentary access to library parking during public skating hours.
