Halloween is just over a month away, and Spirit Halloween has returned to Bellevue. This year they will temporarily occupy the previous Toys-R-Us space in downtown Bellevue at 103 110th Ave NE. Spirit Halloween offers Halloween costumes for kids and adults, as well as Halloween accessories and decorations.
